This is a recipe I had kicking around but wasn't quite right. I added tomatoes and it definitely hit the spot for an Indian craving I was having. I made a batch of rice and tossed in some raisins and the combination of tart and spicy with the mild and sweet was just perfect!

Store bought curry seasoning works well too. Can use diced chicken and still tastes great!

Does the 262 calories include the rice? I'm asking because the beans per serving only account for 180 calories, so where do the other calories go?
