Directions
- In large saucepan, heat onion with a little olive oil until tender.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes and bouillon. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Note: if you are allowed meat, this recipe works very well with chicken added.
