Brown Rice and Garbanzo Beans

Directions

  1. Warm a medium sized pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Add frozen broccoli and seasoning.
  3. When heated almost through add garbanzo beans, tomato sauce and cooked brown rice.
  4. Heat all the way through.

Very quick and easy to make, and delicious to boot - if you make it the night before you need it, the taste gets even better. I served it topped with a salsa from an AHA cookbook made of chopped up avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Definitely a keeper! :)
