With the Fatsecret site being down all evening last night, I finally managed to sit down and finish editing and uploading the best photos from Finlay's birthday! Mind you - I was in a right panic with the site being unavailable for so long. The horror of not being able to access my food diary, which is where I plan all my meals, so didn't know what I had left the eat for the day! We had a wonderful day. The weather was just right - sunny, but not too hot. We'd bought a bouncy castle, which we filled with balloons, and this was a huge hit with everyone! There were only a few minor scuffles over the most popular presents - a wheel barrow and a digger - but it was remarkably peaceful, given the potential for toddler tantrums! Here are a few piccies... Finlay has a morning preview bounce in his new bouncy castle - and loves it! The smart birthday boy packs up a few things in one of his favourite presents: Cake time! My mum had made a fabulous "Cars" cake, and was delighted when "cars" was the first thing Finlay said when he saw it! I love all the before and afters- i get sick when I think of all the photos I am not in because I was so embarassed- now I wish I had them to show off the after. You look gorgeous and you did before but while I am admiring the outside skinny I am also admiring the days and months and weeks of incredibly hard work and determination. I am so proud of all your hard work!!

How fun! I wanted to get one of those castles, but didn't have the cash to spend. The girls LOVED jumping on the neighbors castle, though! Looks like he had a great birthday and tons of fun, too. You are looking awesome! Great before and after pics!

Lovely photos yet again, he is so lovely and it brought back memories of my son when he was young (he's 22 now) he so loved his wheelbarrow filling it up with everything, he had a blowing bubble lawnmower too which he loved to push. Make the most of him, the years do really go so fast, So nice of you to put them on, you have such a lovely family X Denise

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments over the last couple of days. I'd say one of the most defining changes is the fact that I actually don't mind having my photo taken now! I so regret that it took me so long to lose the weight - I have so few photos of myself with Finlay when he was a baby, which is so. Still, I'm making up for it now!! :)

Looks like Finlays party was a wonderful time and the weather looks like it held out for you guys. He is sooooooo scrumiliously adorable and his smile is to die for! (Its almost a cheeky naughty smile surrounded by this completely innocent looking face!). And as usual, your before and after pics never cease to amaze me. I still have trouble believing that it is the same person in both pics. The before pics looks like a ten years older sister!! Thanks for the continous inspiration you provide me with.

Aw, I was going frantic too the other evening with FS down... just goes to show how much we rely on planning food -- but you've shown it's definitely worth it! Glad to hear that you had a lovely birthday with Finlay... aw, wow... I bet he loved that bouncy castle and now looks like you have a budding helper to help you with the garden chores! I love your dress Leanne... you look fantastic and a big congratulations on that all time low!! ;o)
