Are you watching your calories at all or just going by the allowable foods in the different phases?

I'm on a Plateau!
You are probably building quite a bit of muscle which is heavy. Though I don't know how you are eating, I would guess that there are at least two ways to break through that plateau. The first is to take one day and designate it a free day where you don't really pay too much attention to what you eat. The theory here being that your metabolism has reset itself to the level of foods you are eating now and may think it needs somehow to conserve. So you let it know you are not starving. In other words, eat what you like without going completely crazy.

The second approach, which I also like, is to go on a water or juice fast for a day or two (a really low calorie day/s). That has a tendency of working rather well. Or, you could do both.

Others may come in with more meaningful suggestions. Good luck and keep up the good work!

Best,

Well: Better to Be Fat and Fit Than Skinny and Unfit?
As Fraise implies, the article belabors the obvious. I agree Janelle that being fit is the point and, while I'm not too sure about that treadmill, I think I had better go do some exercise *now.* As Princess says: I'd rather be skinny and fit. Very Happy

Well: Better to Be Fat and Fit Than Skinny and Unfit?
Yes, I understand perfectly. One can argue for both sides but it is a bit meaningless to do so. However, in a subjective way, the article reminded me that I definitely feel more likely to be able to weather the vicissitudes of life Very Happy being skinny and not so strong, as opposed to being fat and not so strong. Being fat and healthy really may be a *bit* of an oxymoron (again subjective) making fat and happy somewhat difficult for some, but possible for others. You make a good point when you say that health comes first, fat or skinny, there can be little doubt about that.
