Hello, I'm 52 in a few weeks and I've made up my mind to try and lose the excess weight this summer, I seem to do so well for so long and then put it all back on again, like many others I guess. I'll try again and record all what I eat sticking to about 1400 cals and up the exercise too. Hopefully this might help me stick to it!
