Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with paper cups.
  2. Gently mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
  3. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let cool before removing from muffin tin.
