Hi, I'm Penny, I'm 38 years old with 3 adorable kids of my own and a step mum to 2 others!! My oldest is 12 and my youngest 12 weeks!! I've struggled with my weight all my life and 10 years ago got down to my ideal weight of 172lbs - i'm 6 ft or 1.8m tall so that's about right. I kept the weight off through having my second baby and getting divorced, it was always a challenge but although there were slight variations i was always there or thereabouts. I have since remarried and last year found i was expecting our 1st baby together - i was delighted and celebrated by eating for at least 2 for the next 9 months - hence here i am!!! I look forward to sharing experiences with you all - it's good to know that you're not alone and hope we can motivate each other through all the ups and downs that i'm sure will follow....
