Am not fat but not slim either but just want to shed the remaining ~10 pounds before it gets too hard to do as I get older.

Time: Why Exercise Won't Make You Thin
I've always belived it's 90% diet and 10% exercise.

And now it's even more clear that the harder your workout the more high energy food you want (and feel entitled) to consume. Just doesn't stack up.

For me best exercises is moderate walking with a good podcast or buddy.
