hi im Lins and im a sahm of 4 children my eldest is 12 and goes to school and i have a 4 yo, 3yo and 1yo at home with me you'd think it was pretty easy to lose a bit of weight running around like you do with kids but its totally not the case. my hubby tells me sit down more so its not like im not active but being on the go means i pick snack and grab on the move types of food and over this last 18mths or so ive totally lost the plot.
lost some weight after most recent baby but then put it all back on and more
i suffer with a thyroid(hypo) condition so any type of weight loss is a benefit as my body doesnt know how to use its fat store etc

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
This week challenge
- drank 1 - 1.5 liters of water per day;
- ate breakfast each morning within 2 hours of rising;
- did 20- 30 minutes of vigorous exercise/day;
- did strength training (3 sets of 15 of your choice)/day;
- 20 situps/lunges today
-used stairs instead of escalator/lift
- did not snack after 8:30 p.m. in the evening;
- stuck to your diet plan 100%.

Mon:7/8
Tue:5/8
Wed:5/8
Thur:6/8
ponts so far Ive slacke din the 100% area and not always getting in my water or exercise these the rather more important and gotta get it changed into a habit. Monday will show the final results

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
hey all well what an eventful week Ive had......
After visiting the Dr's office(put on Xenical-help my body not absorb fat) and realising I was actually 93kg (about 205lbs)first time in 2 years Id been weighed last time i was 73kg so wanna head for that figure for the foreseeable fututre.
I was totally freaked so did mess up my chart and the weights as far as the challenge goes,
but has put me on a new start point and am glad to report im outta the 200's already woop! woop!!
I dont ever wanna see that again OMG!!!! so have gone to 90kg(about 198lbs) so a massive drop for me of 7lbs!!!!
hell yeah Ill take it

Been a little poorly for the same past week so little exercise (but also little appetite too)slept lots more than usual and TOM finished so a culmination of these things to thank for my loss this week hope I can keep it up

pretty gutted girls really just came back from GP and had a official weigh and it seems ive been out on my weight so as for screwing up my chart and this WLC but at least now its all present and correct so i dint gain still but looks like i did as the scales were out all along darn little liars!!!Sad Sad Sad
so officially 93kg (two years ago -my last time GP weighed me I was 73kg) so that for now is my ambition to get back where i was 2years ago. and then some this is going to take longer than this challenge but hopefully the ball is well and truly rolling now......

Everything stayed the same this week Ill admit had a slackers week so glad havent seen a gain also TOM at mo so trying my all not to cave to the cravings xxxx
