Log all your food intake and exercise as close as possible for the duration of this challenge. This week, while you're sitting on the couch watching Biggest Loser (or any show that you normally watch) Try to get up during the commercials and get yourself moving! Do crunches, push-ups, dancing or walking in place. Anything to get you up and moving!

Do 30 crunches every day! If possible, do 2 or 3 sets of 30. If you can't do them all at once yet, do them in sets of 10 throughout the day. Soon you'll be able to do 30 with no problem!

Guidelines:
Try something that you've never done before, or rarely do. There's lots of access to workout videos for free. If you have Netflix, there's a ton on there, as well as Comcast On-Demand. If you don't have either, there's always YouTube! Always wanted to try Zumba? Do It! Yoga? Give it a try.

We've been at it for 2 months now and we deserve a little reward. Treat yourself to something NON-FOOD related. A hot bath, a new pair of shoes, whatever you can think of.
