Hello! My name is Sarah and I am 30 years old. I recently had a significant weight gain associated with my pregnancy and am looking for support and help to try to get back into a routine of eating healthy and exercising. I look forward to being 'cleared' for exercise around the 6 week post-partum mark and getting back into a size 6 where I belong! :)

Biggest loser for wii fit
Biggest Loser has a lot of different types of programs (cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, combination of upper and lower body or you can choose which area of your body you would like to focus on). You sign up for either a 4, 8 or 12 week program and set your weight loss goals. Then it shows what you need to do each day (which workout) and you can log additional activities that you did outside this program. You can also participate in challenges against other participants, monitor your calorie intake, and obtain healthy recipes.
I have used the Wii Fit for workouts in the past and although it got my heart rate up, it didn't exhaust me like the Biggest Loser workout. I feel like I work out much harder and target more muscle groups with Biggest Loser.

Biggest loser for wii fit
I was just introduced to Biggest Loser 2 days ago and LOVE it so far! The weather in Chicago is icky this time of year, so this will be my main form of exercise until the temperature gets higher. Compared to p90x (cardio workout), I actually sweated more with Biggest Loser and felt like I got more out of it. =)
