I will be married 20 yrs October I have 5 children 10 grandchildren own our own business D&T Recycling,LLC and I'm a Independent Distributor for A.C.E. Natural Weight-Loss You'd think I'd be lossing it like crazy with all that going on But with all that and the love for my family comes alot of stress and that is where it gets me. I am able to stay home and do all the books but also it is easy access to the frig!!! I joined the challenges for support as I have found out in the past it doesn't work alone. I fill different this time the ACE is helping alot no more cravings no more filling like i could eat it ALL!! I'm making better choices in my life triing to downsize the stress and try new things and i think having Fatsecret on my phone making me accountable for what I eat is making a BIG difference in my life!!!!

No longer on a "DIET" , lil exercise & i'm lossing IT!!!!
I started out at a 13/14 and yesterday i purchased a 9/10 jean I did not measure myself first but they say u loss inches before weight and i can tell now. Even my wedding ring that I havn't had off since we married is lose. So it is working and I'm loving it!!!!!

No longer on a "DIET" , lil exercise & i'm lossing IT!!!!
My 1ST Official Weigh in day 5.6lbs I FELL LIKE THE BIGGEST LOSER!!! I HAVE ENERGY MY MOOD HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! I didn’t exercise but 1 day out of 7. Took the ace my 2 samples missed 1 day got my new bottle took it the next 4 days (1 a day) I ate what I wanted didn’t change a thing( all though my appetite changed I wasn’t craving the chocolate. At 3 o’clock I use to raid the frig eat because it was there) so I ate 3 times a day 5-16oz water a day. I am a tea drinker and use 2 splendia in each tea 5-16oz cups a day. I treated myself to 4 Oreo cookies 2 of those days (but it was because they were here) I sit at the computer from 7-5+ every day that is what I do for business & pleasure little get up and go. So now I fill like getting outside do yard work cleaning house….NOT having comfort food all the time. BUT I don’t fill like I’m on a diet I’m eating real food and meals with Tom!!! He is eating better because I am!!! ACE is making me make better choices. Today April 10th down another 1.4 total = 8.2lbs in 3 weeks

I have always been a yoyo dieter . But I finally found what works for me. It has changed my life. My mood has changed it has curved my appetite. I sit in front of a computer 6-8 hrs a day @ home Its my job...easy access to comfort food. I take a product called Ace (and yes i do sell it also)I have no desire to eat that stuff any more. I have little time for exercise (6 children 10 granchildren and own our own business is exercise & stress enough for me)but i do drink lots of water and tea. I have found i want to eat better and my husband is enjoying the meals to. I dont fill like Im on a diet I eat real people food not from a box. Easter was Sunday I had a little more then usual but when I weighed myself I lost weight (3weeks down 8.2lbs) and thats what keeps me going. Any other time the second week it would have been all over. I want to work on my eatting habits some more and hope joining this group will help also. I have family & friends for support but there, just there they've seen me fail so many times.
