Self Employed, Married 24 years , 3 wonderful daughters, A beautiful hard bodied wife that I owe this challenge to.

I blew my back out at age 26 and aged 30 years in a nano second. It has since then always been difficult and painful to do any kind of cardio exercises due to my back. So I have had a tough time keeping in fit shape this past 27 years.

I recently went through CHEMO for bone marrow cancer and hit 217 lbs and that has been my all time high. One in which put me into the official Obese category and also one in which I have pledged never to return to.

As an x gymnast My wife looks totally awesome in a bikini and I need to reciprocate and look good for her with my shirt off as I once did. I know women say it doesn't matter to them but it cant hurt any either and us moronic men need all the help we can get..LOL...especially when she still gets hit on by young men half her age.. and we would look more like we belonged together.....LOL!

I lost 35.6 in 8 weeks
Well first of that is an awesome feet you accomplished ..congratulations!

1/2 the doctors out there are quacks so don't put to much into what any one of then says.. Your goal of 190 sounds very reasonable to me. Im still heavy at 179 myself but I'm a pretty small guy...Im supposed to be at around 152 lbs...If I can make it to 160 I will be more then happy with that at 55 years of age.

Weight Gain and working out
I to bought a WW scale at Target for 28.00...I don't use any of the contraptions gadgets but the scale readout itself so cant tell you how it works.

As far as excersize goes....that stuff will kill ya!......lol

Recording activity
Yep there are allot of activity's not in the data base that could be...But as has been said there are lots of close or closer choices...I have been proven wrong on my fist assumption my first month here that the exercise calculations were pretty darn close...They are not!..I would have hit my goal already if they were. And I am dead on recording my food so that's not it. I have come to just use the default sleep and resting values every day and It still over estimates my actual calorie burn.
