Lose 20 lbs: Achieved Jan 30 2009
Break 180:
Lose 30 lbs:
Break 170 lbs (reward: manicure!):
Lose 50 lbs (reward: new haircut):
Break 150 lbs:
Break 140 lbs:
Fit into size 14: Achieved Jan 24 2009 (bought new pants!)
Fit into size 12:
Fit into size 10:
Fit into size 08: (may never happen...won't be sad if it won't)

How cutting down on diet soda helped me:
I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago, the other day I finally trusted myself to have one.
I'm not sure yet if it's affected my weight loss, (I'll know tonight, though!), but I know I have waaay more energy, and just feel better all around. Because I'm not drinking so much soda, I drink a lot more water, so my head has been feeling much better than it used to.
