You name it.. I've tried it :) Well for the most part hehe Basically I am just sick of being overweight, fat even! Before the idea of losing weight was for me and only me, but now that my husband and I are thinking of children in the near future I def. want to get down to a healthy weight and I refuse to become pregnant at the weight I am at. I have lost weight in the past, but only to gain it back time and time again!

A lil about me personally... I am an easy goin gal who loves to get to know people.. so please hit me up :) Im a great listener and a great friend... music is my life, love sports, and love movies :) You want to know more just ask and I shall tell :)

So many different options! PLEASE HELP!
Okay so I am interested in a few different workouts that I can do at home... and they are:

Turbo Jam - which I did a while back and i do love it.. I got sick of it

Jamie Kings - Rock Your Body - currently working on

You On A Diet Workout - Havent tried it but looks good Smile

Now so you think it would be smart to maybe mix em up.. one week do turbo jam, one week JK, and the next YOAD Workout?? Or you know Monday do one, wednesday do other, Friday do the other and so on? Or do you think that that wont be beneficial to me? I am just trying to work it out so I dont get bored with one of them and then also get the benefits from them all. There is something about each of them that I like best and that I feel I benefit from.... suggestions!? Very Happy Thanks guys!

Jamie Kings Dance Workout - Rock Your Body
This is something that I just started trying... it is very intense and advanced, but super fun and although it takes me a little longer to get the moves down, when I finally do the sense of accomplishment is amazing! I highly reccommend this workout for someone who loves to dance! Smile I bought mine at WalMart and you can also view clips of it on YouTube to see what it is all about Smile Just a though! have a good day all! Very Happy

New and Learning
Hey all!! I am new to this site and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brooke, I am 23 years old, and I am starting on the Weight Watchers program.. def not my first time, but it will be my last time that I have to say I am STARTING on it thats for sure I have approx 90 lbs to lose, but right now I am looking for a goal of 40 Trying to not look at the big picture because a lot of times in the past that did not help me one bit... threw me WAY off track! I am semi-active, but not active enough and that is another thing that I am starting on my own. I am married with no kids, but that is one of the main reasons I am here... to not only lose weight for myself, but for my future children. I want to have babies and I told my husband that I will not even try to have a baby until I am healthier and happier with my weight! So thats my story in a nutshell. I truly look forward to getting to know all of you! Write me, love to hear about other ppls journeys and i love to get to know new ppl also! Take care everyone!

Looking for a support buddy!
Hey - I am also from Ontario Smile I am 23 and I am JUST starting (again) cause I also lost it throughout the summer.... ugh! I know how frustrating it can be. I am at close to my heaviest weight yet of approx 280 or so... doing official weigh in this Friday (so tomorrow)... I would love to have someone else who is going through and have been through what I have been through. I am also a great listener and fairly knowledgeable about nutrition etc. At least I try to be Smile Hope to talk to you soon! It was fantastic meeting you. Take care and have a wonderful day!
