I am going to continue to run (signed up for my first 5k next month so I've got to keep being consistent with the running). And I chase 2 young kids around all day as well as taking care of our cows ...

Good job! I was doing zumba before summer started and my daughter loves to do it with me. She thinks she is just dancing. I was doing jillian michaels every other day and she would act like jillian ...
