Today's my 3rd wedding anniversary!! Hubby and I have just been for a fabulous meal out at an upmarket Italian restaurant in Southampton. I had a gorgeous proscuitto, melon and rocket starter, followed by chargrilled swordwish steak with a fennel salad - absolutely exquisite! My weight is holding steady so far this week - I'm hoping to drop those last 2.4lbs over the next week or so, ready for Finlay's 2nd birthday party a week on Saturday. Then I'll be embarking upon Operation Maintenance in earnest! Here's a photo from this evening, just before we went out for dinner. I'm wearing a dress I last wore at university when I was around 20-years-old! (And, yes - those are my wedding shoes!) And here's one of my favourite photos from our wonderful wedding day: Hope you're all having a great week - we're over halfway to the weekend now, yay!! :)

What an adorable pic! Congratulations on your 3rd anniversary, may you have many many more happy ones! I love the way the dress is showing your curves so nicely! I cant believe you still have any clothing from when you were 20-AND they still fit!! You are such an inspiration to all of us still trying to lose weight. Thanks everyone!! I was looking back at my photos from our previous anniversaries, and I feel sad that there are no equivalent photos. Granted, I was hugely pregnant for our first anniversary, and still hugely fat for our second - it's just a shame we don't have that record of those special days. Never mind - we will do from now on! :)

Happy Anniversary for yesterday and glad to hear that you had a lovely evening out. Aw, I love your piccy's... you both look lovely and just look at your showing off those curves! So well deserved!!! ;o) I can relate to not having any really nice pictures relating to special days... just think though, that will all be in the past now. Yay, congratulations on this weeks loss so far too... so near your goal! I'm getting so excited for you... so you just go get it girl and I have no doubts that you will get there for Finlay's second birthday... if not before!!!! ;o)

Awe... what wonderful photos! Great job on getting being able to get into the dress and the wedding shoes, post baby! lol Love the black and white, too! Yes... crock pot = slow cooker. :) I love mine, I use it all through the Fall, Winter, and apparently Spring with the soggier weather. It's so versatile. I used to think that I'd never be able to use it to cook 'healthy', but I decided to make it so! :) Hubby will atest to my success, lol. Happy Belated Anniversary! :)

Thanks so much for your lovely comments! We were so lucky finding our wedding photographer - we have an album full of beautiful photos, not all of them the standard formal poses, hence we bought the copyright for the .jpgs! Thanks for the crock pot translaction and tips, BT!! :)
