Changing diets question
Thanks everybody! I guess I won't risk it unless I can contact the FS people to promise me my info won't go away!!

Changing diets question
OK, I haven't been on here (publicly) in a long time -- but I have kept up my weight graph and haven't done too badly, overall. My husband was told by the doctor yesterday that he should be on the South Beach Diet for the best chance at losing weight. I'm thinking things around here would be easier if I were on the same diet as he is (there's not TOO much that's different than Atkins).

My question is this: if I change diets here on FS, will I lose my weight graph? That's a huge deal for me, as it is a main source of motivation. LMK, I appreciate the help.

Has anybody tried Miracle Noodles? The advertisement for miraclenoodle.com seems to be popping up everywhere.

HOT CHOCOLATE!
Not too long ago, someone here (who doesn't drink coffee or tea) was wondering where to get some low carb hot chocolate! I found it at netrition.com and it is a brand called "Big Train." I went online to order my low carb pancake mix, and there were also cookie mixes and hot chocolate and stuff that's all low carb! We love the pancakes!!!!Shock

Just starting at 58
Hi Linda! Glad to "see" you here! This is an awesome place to be because SOMEONE is exactly in your shoes, no matter what you're experiencing!! Be sure to "record a journal entry" as that is where we mostly keep in touch and more folks will see what you write. The more the merrier! I happen to be at my goal, so maybe I will be able to add advice from time to time. Anyway, buy the book and read it ASAP -- BEGINNING IS HALF DONE! Welcome!
