My favorite eggs, yummy and simple.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a frying pan, fry 4 egg whites.
- While they are frying, chop up half a medium-sized tomato, reserving the other half for another meal.
- When the eggs are cooked to your liking, put them on a plate.
- Sprinkle with paprika and pepper, pour the chopped tomato over and around the eggs and then add the salsa for some spice (if you like).
