Hello!

I am 33, married and have a very active two year old (as most two year olds are). I have struggled with my weight my whole life but was very happy in my early to mid twenties when I was a size 14 and that is my goal again.

I struggled with depression in my late twenties and then had a baby so you can imagine what the weight gain was, lol. If you can't then let me just say that I gained 50lbs when I was pregnant but lost it plus 40lbs in little under a year thanks to breast-feeding and South Beach. Then I got off track and gained back the 40lbs I had lost (thank God it was not the whole 90!) and I am committed to getting back down to a size 14 and who knows maybe a 12!

My goals are to have more energy to keep up with my son and to feel the way I did when I meet my husband. I am not as concerned with how much weight I take off, as I am the size I will be.

So... that is me!
