I'm a 19 y/o college student who's weight has been bouncing around for years. I've finally decided it's time to get serious. The hardest part for me is adding in exercise. I hadn't realized how inactive I had become, but really--I don't do much. I spend most of my day sitting. I'm hoping that I will be able to change this. I don't want to fail this time. Wish me luck.
