My name is Selina and i'm 21. i weigh 178lbs and stand at a tiny 5'0.6" so i am very badly overweight. it all really started when i was bullied at a young age, i developed an eating disorder something that i have only just come to terms with but it wasnt that i didnt eat it was that i couldnt stop eating i binged all day untill i went to bed and then i woke up and binged some more. eventually i stopped being bullied and learnt to be confident i stopped binging but sometimes it would catch up to me and i would get stressed and will slip back into it! but i am sick of it i want to love food not hate it. I also was told i have IBS which makes eating somethings difficult grr!
but now i have decided things are going to change! I have just finished my first year of university where i became heavier than i have ever been, but also happier. so i am going to try and lose 60lbs, through excercise and dieting.
I am going to try and set myself a weekly goal of between 2-3lbs if i could do that it would be amazing.
I recently said goodbye to my best friend and biggest motivator Rachel as she left to go back to the states so we have set our seleves a skinny date for her next visit in january! all i can say is bring on more skinny dates!!!
*** also i realise that my goal weight isnt 60lbs less than i am but i think it is a much healthier goal***

ok mini goal time;
everything isnt quite set yet but im still planning to visit at least LA and Seattle so i want to set myself some goals by then. according to this im losing about 2lbs a week so theoretically by sept 26th i will have lost 30lbs
29th July - be down by 10lbs
26th September - be down 30lbs
i also want to be fitter and more toned so i think its time to renew the gym membership and work out!
