Banana Bread

Sweet and moist bread for snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash bananas then add egg, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
  2. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and slowly add into the banana mixture.
  3. Gently stir in melted butter and applesauce.
  4. Place in a lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
