Banana Cottage Cheese Bread with Chocolate Chips

A delightful baked good, perfect with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas and beat with cottage cheese.
  2. Grind chia seeds to powder and add 6 tablespoons water to make a paste.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
  4. Combine the two mixtures until smooth. Fold in the chips.
  5. Pour in a lightly greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
