I had high triglycerides at 22, and my doctor told me to lose 10 lbs and see if it helped. I looked into the diet to lower triglycerides and started following the basics of the GI diet. I kicked my own butt at cardio several times a week, with regular weight training and wound up losing 40 lbs. Now I'm back up 25 with a wedding in less than 6 months! I'm a film major in my final semester, can't wait to graduate! It's been almost 7 years since I started my degree, with lots of stops and starts.

Does anybody know how many calories are burned on Wii Fit?
I say you can just judge by how hard the cardio is, and how long you did it... if you only do three minutes of the hula hooping for example, you can look up how many calories that usually burns. I'm kind of glad it doesn't count those, because people are so different it wouldn't be accurate anyway.
