Guidelines:
Guidelines: Set specific times to eat, and eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. An example would be 8am, 10am, 12 noon, 3pm, 6pm, and a small snack at 9pm to keep your metabolism running.

Do Aerobic Cardio 30-45 Minutes, 6 Days a Week
Guidelines:
Do Cardio for 30-45 minutes at a target heart rate for fat loss. Subtract your age from 220. This is your Estimated Maximum Heart Rate (EMHR). Now, set a mark of 60% of your EMHR and maintain that rate for 30-45 minutes. If that doesn't feel hard enough, go as high as 80% but no higher! Good luck!
