Making an effort to walk or run faster, take the long way. Did my first yoga sesh with my new mat and pilates bands, and i was feeling the burn in my tummy for two days! We'll see how this goes. I think I lost my hurricane weight- it's good to know that my daily routine is enough to keep me level.

I'm over my carb and sugar binging. Last couple days I've been really good. Dylan's post about how great ketosis feels reminded me that I don't want to settle for immediate reward. Nothing tastes as good as butter and carbs, no matter what that silly Kate Moss said- but nothing feels better than having a good routine and a solid diet.

26", 31". Not bad considering how much I've been eating. Must be the heat that makes me ill if I eat too much- but I've recommitted to eating less sugar/ white carbs. We'll see if that helps.
