Today I'm impressed with myself! I have a pair of jeans that are a tad bit snug....well I wore them today prepping the garden area for the rototiller & my pants kept falling down! Yep, nothing like a pair of snug jeans feeling loose
So my "I'm gonna win this" tude just got reinforced! I'm a bottomless pit sometimes. When I can eat pepperoni, Cheese's, cucumbers, chicken salad on salad bed, hot chicken wings....I'm HAPPY!!! Anyways I eat all this stuff and so much more and keep dropping the pounds! Ya I can't have a chocolate bar.. Oh that's right I can have an Atkins Chocolate caramel bar! But I literally don't desire any sweets now that I'm satisfied. By keeping my carbs-sugar down I sleep better & my energy level is amazing. This is good stuff for me. I'm pleased with my choice of weight loss program and I'm pleased with with changes in the way my clothes are fitting!

Day 1 of fat secret login
Today I was at my Atkins site looking for any blog that said they had been on the diet for a few weeks and saw weigh gain instead of loss, even though they had followed the diet exactly. In one of the blogs it was suggest that instead of trying to log on in Atkins they should try this site.This was a great suggestion. I'm finding that the site gives you every tool you need to accurately log your food values. You get all the information you could possibly need. Amazing!
So on that note I will introduce myself by saying hello to all who reads this. I look forward and welcome any advise along with encouragement.
