One day a friend who has always been overweight said her doc was telling her she was basically doomed if she didn't loose weight. Another doc told her about Omnitrition .... she educated herself went on it and bammmmm she is slim and healthy. Flipped me out sooooo I educated myself and decided to do it. Well let me tell you ... I really never ever thought I'd say that but I Am done!!! I LOVE Omnitrition. It's also on Facebook . It's a healthy lifestyle eating change.

I've been doing the atkins diet for a while.. I switched to Weight watchers to check it out... then back to Atkins. Weight Watchers for me is better due to a point system that really works for me..It's Simple, stay within my points range and boom it's all good. Weight Watchers gives you really big bonus points for when people go over their daily...no worries you just take some points from the extra! I can eat it all.. bread, pizza, fruit...etc as long as it's in moderation staying within my points boundries. One day I obbsessed over chocolate.. I ate 3 hershey nuggets... then my guy came home with a small box of chocolates for me (cuz he's a good man )There were 8 chocolates in the heart shaped box. Well now don't cha know I could not stop myself, YUP I ATE 6 and if I want to be real with my journal I ate half of the remaining 2!!!! That's like friggen chocolate overload indeed... 10 damm chocolates. Well Weight Watchers is forgiving that way. I went into the points system and saw I had consumed 14 of my allowed 26 points! I was able to go to receipes and find amazing meals for my remaining 11 points therefore Keeping me on the ok list! I have to say.. a diet that has a restriction on foods makes me want them even more! Doesn't matter what you eat, drink or exercise.. If you stay within 1200 calories (for women) or reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories if you are not prone to exercise YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT!
