My name is angie lee and I'm from Missouri. I am 34 yrs old and I'm married with one daughter.

I gained the 50 pounds 13 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I just have never have had the motivation to stick to any plan for any length of time to lose the weight. I hope that this time will be different!

I have fibromyalgia which sometimes makes it difficult to muster the energy to excercise but when I do my pain isn't as bad.

One of the hardest things about being overweight is because most of the weight is in my belly and people frequently ask when is my baby due. Seeing as how I've not being pregnant in 13 years and am not able to have anymore children this is very frustrating.

Smile Hello all.

I'm Angie my primary diet is really weight watchers but I'm drinking Slim Fast too and keeping track of my points. It's really been working for me.

I do have a question for someone though why can't you have nuts on the Slim Fast plan? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could message me.

Switching to slim fast
Very Happy Hi Slim fasters I'm doing a combo of Slim Fast and weight watchers I'm drinking two shakes a day and one meal in the evening and keeping track of the WW points so I won't let my one meal a day get out of hand. So far I'm really pleased with what Slim fast has done. The can says it keeps you full for 4 hours and it really does! I can't believe I actually found a diet product that works! One the other side of the quarter I know I can't drink Slim Fast for the rest of my life so once I've lost the weight (50 lbs) I will go back to just WW. I have found though that it helps me to stay full if I eat an apple along with my shake and I read on the Slim Fast site that it was OK to do so.

I wish you all much luck and motivation and if you have any good Slim Fast tips for this weight watcher I'd love it if you'd message me

I agree it doesn't seem fair to be doing well with your logs and then look at the bottom of the screen and see your too high on food or too low on exercise!
