Meaty Turkey Burger
A fantastic burger that tastes as close to a beef burger as you can get with so much less fat and calories.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Don't over work the meat.
- Divide and form into 4 patties.
- Slap it on the grill for about 6 minutes each side.
- Dress it how ever you please, like with light cheese, lettuce and grey poupon mustard.
- Enjoy!

this is really a good meal plan. it is high in protien, and has very little fat, carbs, and a relativly low carb rate. the perfect diet food [[and tasty too]]
