Where to start?
I live in a rural community in Wisconsin with my husband, Carl, and our daughter, Isabella. I'm 39, work full time for an insurance company at their HQ as a project manager.
Hmm...I love reading...everything I can get my hands on, I like watching sports, I love coffee.
My goal is to keep my diabetes in check. I've been on insulin since 2007. My numbers look awesome and I want to stay ahead of any complications.
I have some other health concerns as well which are prompting me to take better care of myself.
Because of my health concerns, I tend to lose weight slooooowly, so I'm focusing on 30 minutes of movement 5 times a werk. If I lose weight, awesome! If I don't, I'm going to stop beating myself up for it. I have battled eating disorders in the past, so I need to be aware of that....
