Guidelines:
Guidelines: Create a list of positive behaviours you want to engage in daily, e.g. take a walk each day, do my planned exercise, eat according to my plan, record everything in my food journal, eat each meal slowly, don't eat standing up.. list is endless and its up to you what is important! Then decide on how much to score each thing on your list; you should be able to score a 100 points/day if you comply with most (but not all) of the things on your list. This is important, as the goal of this challenge is to build positive habits, not to suddenly do perfectly every single day. Health is about all the small choices!

Add a Daily exercie form to your list, be it 10 minutes of yoga, practising push ups or standing in the plank working your core. A strong healthy body is built in small steps!
