I created this recipe and it actually came out really good.

Directions
- Put crushed tomatoes on the tortilla.
- Top with cheese followed by any other toppings.
- Roll up the tortilla and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about ten minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crisp.

This was very good I made 3 of them for lunch for me and my hubby. I put sauce, turkey bacon,cut-up chicken breast and shredded low fat cheese. It was very good and my hubby liked it also.

I have made a similar "pizza" with the 1 point english muffins (there are more brands now than just WW) spag sauce and lowfat mozz -- you can add veggie toppings too. heat in oven and each little pizza is 1 pt...not bad when everyone is having pizzahut!
