Too much fat. But they do sound very good. I could not eat this and still lose weight. Sorry. I agree, there are too many high fat/calorie dishes showing up on this website.

way too many carbs - be better if there was more fat and less carb.

Okay, hate to be the bad guy here, but peanut butter, fudge, chocolate and the rest of this kind of sticky-sweet crap are a major reason most of us wound up the way we are. Fat and unhappy. Dessert doesn't make you happy, it just makes you fat. I have lost 130 lbs since Oct 2011. If you want to be successful with weight loss, you have to face certain facts. You must avoid things like sugar, salt and fats. You must change your relationship with food, as well as your sense of what tastes "good" and what tastes "bad". You must exercise, even if you just walk a couple of miles per day, and you must say goodbye to cheese and desserts and the things and habits that made you fat in the first place. Fatties with dessert recipes are like alcoholics with mini bottles. Face facts and ditch the sweet gooey stuff. When yu consider what it does to your body over the long run, it's ore of a punishment than a reward.
