Directions
- Cook ham and celery until done. Add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings of 1 1/2 cups each.
- Note: if available use low fat or fat free chicken broth.

this sounds good but for me id eliminate the ham since i am a vegitarian.

it sounds like the perfect winter food,also very handy for lunch in college but Id also not use the ham, and use veg or chicken stock cubes, may not be as tasty as the recipe. going try it tuesday.
