Hi Changed my Target Weight Loss Plan. Every Time I saw 80 lb I had a bit of Panic and felt it might be unachievable:
So here is my New Target Planner:
Target 1: 28 lb = 214 lb
Target 2: 15 lb = 199 lb
Target 3: 14 lb = 185 lb
Target 4: 14 lb = 175 lb
That will be 12 st 5lb
Even viewing it now it looks easier and more achievable
