Banana Bread

A delicious baked breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream sugar, bananas, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add softened butter to banana mixture.
  4. Sift dry ingredients together.
  5. Combine the two mixtures and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until knife inserted at the center comes out clean.
