Pecan Pie

Sweet and nutty baked dessert.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter and mix with corn syrup, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl before adding to the mixture.
  4. Put pie crust in a mold, add chopped pecans, then pour the mixture.
  5. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for 35 minutes or until mostly set but slightly jiggly.
