Just an ordinary average guy. 38 years old. Non-smoker. Moderate drinker. Middle-class. Wife & two kids. Probably too much of the wrong foods over the years, and not enough regular exercise. I'm not into baked goods, don't usually eat breakfast, drink Diet Coke, and avoid most sweets. Way too many trips to McDonald's, et al. Love salty snacks. My career forces me to spend a lot time in my car or in front of a computer. Bad posture. Lower back disks are shot. Going on South Beach Diet to try to better my eating habits and health. I don't want to end up with a heart attack in 10 years. I have big ambitions and want my body and energy levels to keep up with what my mind wants to accomplish.

Any spinach salad dressing ideas?
Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing

It may be different than what you are looking for, but this is a great spinach salad dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup 1% or skim milk, 1/4 cup splenda (or to your own taste), 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds. The full salad is 18 oz of baby spinach, 1 pint sliced fresh strawberries, 1/2 red onion, then toss the dressing just before serving. You'll need to hold the stawberries until Phase 2. I know it sounds odd, but this makes a great salad and great dressing.
