I am confused on the directions....do you make the jello into jello and then mix it together or do you just pour the powder into the yogurt?

Did anyone figure out if you need pre-made jello or the powder?? It sounds like you need the powder but you never know.

This sounds very good, is it okay during Phase 1?

Good stuff, especially with a few frozen berries. Okay for Phase 1 but only in moderation.

Made this with 32 oz non fat plain yogurt and one large package of sugar free jello - almost too sweet but very good.
