Wheat Bread

A low-calorie bread with chewy texture.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Warm honey and milk in a pan. Do not boil.
  2. Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes to allow it to bloom.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add yeast mixture, eggs, and olive oil.
  5. Knead the dough and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a bread mold and garnish as desired. Let rise for an hour.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
