Hi everyone. I decided to updated my bio.
As you could see from my weight history, I'm following the same pattern as I always followed when it comes to weight. I was at 130 and I wasn't happy, when I look back at that, I was happy and focused so much on the scale that I failed by overeating junk food and gaining weight back. I am working very very hard on making small changes at a time. So this time I'm making mini goals and writing them down. I'm hoping I can stick to it this time - BEFORE the holiday's get here and then I gain even more weight.
My 1st mini goal is to make it at least 5 days with NO cheating!
My 2nd: get to 145 and not jump up to 150 the next day from eating everything in sight!
My 3rd - get to 140 2 weeks after hitting 145
My 4th - continue on a good pattern but allow myself a reward snack on occasion(a 150 calorie mcdonald's ice cream cone which I love) as long as I ate healthy all day long.
My 5th - get to 135 3 weeks after hitting 140
Final goal - hit 130 and if I want to get lower, great, if not, then be happy.
Everyday goal - continue exercising (which I love to do), I know sounds crazy! It's a stress reliever. But just because I exercise does not mean I can eat poorly!
I think these are obtainable goals. I have been so good on most days but when I'm bad, I make up for being so good the other days. So I will keep reminding myself MODERATION!!!!!
