Lost so far: 2.0 lb

Current Weight
148.0 lb
Performance: losing 1.6 lb a week

Goal Weight
125.0 lb
Still to go: 23.0 lb
(I am currently 34 so this needs updating. I've already lost this weight and put it back on. So I am here to do it again.)
I am a 31 yr old mother of 2 boys. I used to weigh 120. My first pregnancy I gained 80lbs. Fortunately I was able to lose all the weight, except for 5lbs, within a year. Well it has been over 2 years since my second pregnancy, in which I had gained 65lbs. I am still struggling to get back to 125lbs much less 120lbs. I am hoping I don't go another year and still struggling to lose this weight...
Well it is now 2 yrs later. Guess what I actually reached my goal of 120lbs. Yea for me. I am now back on here with the same 15lbs. Isn't that funny. Not. So I am here to do it again. I am now 33 and here to do it again. : (

Dont know how im going to do this...????
I'm not sure about you but I don't have a personal trainer assisting me. Most of those on the show worked with personal trainers. Keep in mind they were receiving monetary gain. So they had a goal and reward if they accomplished their goal. Hey if we all had Harveys? This is a good idea for all of us to set a goal and a reward once we've accomplished our goal.
I would tell you not to get discouraged by what you might feel to you is a low #. To the person losing only 2 pounds or 3 pounds within the detox phase is still more than what we were losing not on the detox. So I would encourage you to not look at the low #'s, but look at the fact that there are #'s. That means something at least to the person losing it. I know it is nice to see a dramatic loss but hey a loss is a loss and even if it is one pound. I'll take it. Just don't allow it to discourage you. We definately didn't put all this weight on in 9 days and it will take more than that to get it all off. So you can do this. One carrot or apple at a time.
Good Luck!!!!!

EFS?????
I did just the regular Fat Smash. I had 15 lbs to lose and it all came off within 7 to 8 weeks. which for me was great! I even lost the last 5 that I couldn't lose from my first pregnancy. Not to mislead you though. I did kinda stick with phase 1, with the exception of eating meat and pasta here and there. I would say do the one you can stick with. They both show results and that is what counts for those of us trying to hit our target weight.
