I'm 23 years old and about a year ago moved to a town where I didn't know anyone. I've been relatively overweight my whole life and have been somewhat successful in other weight loss endeavors but it always comes back. I am currently about four pounds from my heaviest weight which was just a few months ago. I'm going to try the LA Weight Loss plan this time around to see if a different twist helps me at all. Wish me luck!

I accidentally recorded a weigh in and don't know how to delete it. Does anyone know? Or can anyone tell me how to change my starting weight? I actually thought I weighed more than I did.

First Day!!
Thanks so much for the support. I guess I was just thinking it would be more of a "watch what you eat" kind of diet as opposed to a "this is what you eat for now" kind of diet. But I think I need that structure for now. I start takeOFF today. Wish me luck!

First Day!!
I did my first meeting today. Wow! This is a lot of stuff to take in! Three times a week? I'm excited about it but it's scary that it's all out there! Was anybody else totally overwhelmed?

Hi. I have a first meeting at LA Weight Loss tomorrow. Can someone give me some tips, advice, things you like and don't? I've done other weight loss plans in the past but I think I need a little more one on one. Do you like it?
