Stopped in my tracks
MJ's Mom hit it right on the head. Measure everything and drink your water. Also, make sure you eat all your food for the day. I know that helped me. I too use the diet calendar to record my food. I find it makes me more accountable and everyone can see what I am eating.

This is a great place for support and suggestions. Hang in there.

New to LAWL
Thanks for the info. You hit all the areas I was concerned with. The past week I feel like all I do is eat. I have gotten better and now find that my internal clock is starting to remind me to eat. Thanks for the fruit suggestion. I will pick up a bunch tomorrow when I do my shopping.

New to LAWL
I heard ebay is the way to go for products. I will have to try that once I run out. Thanks for the suggestions with the bars. I am picking up my plan today and I sure do hope there are a few bars included.

I am totally committed to this and can't wait until the pounds start melting off.

New to LAWL
I started LAWL Sat 2/23. I will be fininshing my 2 day Take Off today and will also be picking up my menus for the center. So, anyone have any suggestions for a new comer? Whats the scoop with the bars? What is the hardest and easiest parts of the plan? Any information is greatly appreciated.
