Struggled with my weight and tried to loose on my own. I could not get the scale to move! Then I found this website. I have reached my goal and then some.Open to ideas on how to maintain my weight.I run a few days a week and use my exercise bike and elliptical a few days.

First race
Just ran my first 5k road race. I feel so ptoud of myself. I have been running on my own and only my family knew. Loved to look on many faces when I went to sign up. So many was surprised, the race was in a local town so I knew a lot of people. I even got a better time than I was hoping for. Excited for the next race!
