Busy life--wouldn't have it any other way!! You can tell by y site name I like whole foods. I love to cook all kinds of natural foods and delve into many cuisines. I'm a leftover health food nut from the 70's who has always loved exploring cusines from all over the globe. There are all sorts of interesting foods to try. I also have 20+ years of restaurant background. I also make beer and wine.

I work full time as a customer service rep for a mutual fund company. I'm also a professional long-arm quilter and quilt quilts for people. A side part of that is selling the longarm machines doings some teaching, and sell a few supplies. Quilting is a passion. Learning to make wire wrapped jewlery.

I am currently single with 9 grandchildren. I spend alot of time at grandkids sports events and in the summer attending mud runs as one daughter and her husband race and fishing for catfish with another son-in-law and grandaughter--we leave my daughter in bed as she hates mornings. I'm slowly remodeling my house and most of the year work on my yard and gardens one of these days I'll get both so I'm happy with them. I always seem to be tearing something apart.

By losing weight and getting back into shape I hope to be able to keep up with my life without getting so tired and be able to do more of the things I like to do. Hoping that once I lose the wt doc tells me I need to I will feel better about myself and get involved in a new relationship.

I live with a chatty and very onery Quaker Parrot, an 8yr old pom mix male dog who thinks he's a big dog, and a little girl boston terrier mix puppy born 3-31-13 She's a very active character.-wish I had her almost never ending energy. My goal is to train her for agility competition should be fun. Also playing with making homemade wholesome dog treats.

Salad dressing
that's also good with roasted garlic and tarragon on steak, chicken, fish. fish is really good with lime basil in the butter, something you usually have to grow yourself. I do real butter sparingly, don't use margarine anymore. you can also mix 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil to increase the good fats. Am watching for a sale on butter I make the logs, slice them and toss them in a freezer bag they keep along time in the freezer.

infusing herbs and a fine strainer would work well.

Salad dressing
Mummydee, I've had sprayers on my shopping lists for a long time, your suggestion previously. I keep forgetting them. Fuss at myself when I'm cooking that I forgot again.

The dressing would have to be lump free. Mine are usually full of herbs which would clog a sprayer. I use a teaspoon and rarely use more than one or two for a larger salad, maybe 3 for a meal size one.
