Busy life--wouldn't have it any other way!! You can tell by y site name I like whole foods. I love to cook all kinds of natural foods and delve into many cuisines. I'm a leftover health food nut from the 70's who has always loved exploring cusines from all over the globe. There are all sorts of interesting foods to try. I also have 20+ years of restaurant background. I also make beer and wine.

I work full time as a customer service rep for a mutual fund company. I'm also a professional long-arm quilter and quilt quilts for people. A side part of that is selling the longarm machines doings some teaching, and sell a few supplies. Quilting is a passion. Learning to make wire wrapped jewlery.

I am currently single with 9 grandchildren. I spend alot of time at grandkids sports events and in the summer attending mud runs as one daughter and her husband race and fishing for catfish with another son-in-law and grandaughter--we leave my daughter in bed as she hates mornings. I'm slowly remodeling my house and most of the year work on my yard and gardens one of these days I'll get both so I'm happy with them. I always seem to be tearing something apart.

By losing weight and getting back into shape I hope to be able to keep up with my life without getting so tired and be able to do more of the things I like to do. Hoping that once I lose the wt doc tells me I need to I will feel better about myself and get involved in a new relationship.

I live with a chatty and very onery Quaker Parrot, an 8yr old pom mix male dog who thinks he's a big dog, and a little girl boston terrier mix puppy born 3-31-13 She's a very active character.-wish I had her almost never ending energy. My goal is to train her for agility competition should be fun. Also playing with making homemade wholesome dog treats.

Purchase equipment or gym?
I have some equipment at home besides my bike. A small set of weights, an exercise ball, a gazelle, an exercise trampoline, books from thrift shops and the clearance rack at half price books, and some dvds. Total is probably under $250.00.

I could do quite a bit of cardio at home and do use them part of the time especially for some morning cardio and those days the gym time doesn't fit. I'm luckily in that my gym membership is $10.00 a month with a $29.00 annual fee and aim for 3 gym workouts a week. My gym time has to be after work as I leave for work a few minutes after 6 I do try for at least 20-30min on my gazelle or easy trampoline before work.

Exercise trampolines you can get for $29.00 for a basic one, challenging for cardio..weights from WalMart are pretty cheap and exercise balls are under $20.00.

Older women????
people usually mean white potatoes, which actually do have lots of nutrients however they can spike blood sugar and people tend to load them with butter and salt or cook them in unhealthy ways like french fries. cauliflower is awsome and nutrient packed.

Several people in our department went to him after one person lost 30 pounds really fast. One person keeps going back to him doing the yoyo dance. She has spent several thousands of dollars, our insurance does not cover her treatment. Everyone gained it back. Making changes for life means that you get healthier and remain that way. Not everyone has the same path that works for them. Slow is better on your body for your overall health. Fast weight loss increases other health risks. Research is good.

The people I know show have taken it are on a very restricted diet. They were really hungry through most of it, I remember one person at work saying she could eat 2 apples during the work day and nothing else. She had menus given to her by some doctor who had her on this.
