I am 37 years old and ready to make a change. I am a wife, stepmom,daughter, friend and employee. My most recent "change" was inspired by my grandmother. She is a wonderful woman who taught me to cook. Needless to say, my cooking skills have provided me with some hips and a bootay!
I really want to live well. I want to be healthy. I want to start a new tradition for my family. During this journey, I've learned that there are four levels of satiety - satisfied, full, stuffed, and miserable. Before the Master Cleanse, I often ate until I was full or stuffed. Since completing the master cleanse, I have stopped overeating and now I only eat until I am satisfied (or full depending on the situation :].
I need some goals...let's see...okay, starting today,I will not buy any more clothes until I weigh 150 lbs.
At 150 lbs, I will purchase a cute dress from Ann Taylor that is not on clearance. Whoa! That is huge for me!
